St. Nick'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    2 pkg. raspberries, partially defrosted
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. whipping cream
    12 large marshmallows
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add partially defrosted berries, also the juice.
    Pour into an 8-inch pan (or star mold). Chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Combine the marshmallows and cream cheese; mix.
    Add whipping cream; beat with beater until stiff.
    Spread over gelatin mixture.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serves 10 to 12.
