Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 large apples, peeled and sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar together and set aside. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a cake pan.
    Either loaf pan or tube pan may be used.
