Mexican Style Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium bell peppers
    1 medium chopped onion
    4 tsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 tsp. flour
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Remove cores from green peppers.
    Boil in salt water for 5 minutes.
    Saute onion in butter until golden brown.
    Add meat and cook until well done.
    Add flour and chili powder.
    Stir.
    Add tomatoes and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Pour some liquid from peppers in baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
