Quebec Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust (9-inch) pie
    2 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line pie plate with pastry.
    Roll out top crust and set aside.
    In a large frypan or Dutch oven, heat oil.
    Saute onion until tender.
    Remove and set aside.
