Whole Chicken In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. whole thyme
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare dressing of oil, garlic, thyme and lemon juice.
    Rub the chicken with the dressing and add a bit of salt and pepper. Place chicken in cooking bag (Reynolds bag).
    Poke hole in bag to allow steam to escape.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 3 to 4 people.
