Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooked mashed pumpkin (can also use can pumpkin)
    1/4 c. can milk
    1 2/3 c. All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar, eggs on high speed for 3 minutes.
    Sift together dry ingredients, add and stir in remaining ingredients. Beat until batter is smooth.
    Pour into 3 x 6 or 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Double batch will give you 12
    3 x 6 pans.
