Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix (Bisquick, Jiffy or other brand)
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. soft margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar, combined with 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
    Blend baking mix and milk.
    Turn out onto surface dusted with additional baking mix and knead about 20 times.
    Pat or roll dough into 1/4-inch thick rectangle, approximately 8 x 14-inches. Spread with soft margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Roll as for a jelly roll.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in prepared pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
