Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut, sliced or cubed
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 to 2 c. sour cream
beef stock (Spice Island)
1/2 to 1 c. water
salt/pepper to taste
flour
Preparation

Shake pieces of meat in bag with flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat in butter and add stock that is mixed with water; simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.
