Fry Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. self-rising flour
milk
Preparation

To the flour, add enough milk so the dough is mixed well and kind of sticky. Turn on floured board and add enough flour to dough so you can handle.
Pinch off dough according to how large you want the bread.
Pat the dough in your hands until it is about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
Drop in very hot skillet of cooking oil. They will turn brown and float on top.
Turn over to brown the other side.
You will be able to tell when they are ready. This makes 10 to 12 medium size fry breads.
