Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into small pieces
    large onion, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can consomme
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can drained mushrooms
    10 oz. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Brown steak and onion in oleo.
    Blend in flour and all other ingredients except sour cream and noodles.
    Cook on low heat at least 1 hour.
    Gently stir in sour cream and warm (do not boil). Serve over hot noodles.
    Serves 6.
