Hot Dill Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
5 medium potatoes, cooked and diced (approximately 4 c.)
paprika
parsley
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, dill, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir mixture until it thickens and bubbles. Blend in mayonnaise and onion. Fold in cooked potatoes. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
