Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 to 2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with a fork until smooth.
Gradually stir in pineapple, half of the nuts, green pepper, onion and seasoning salt.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend.
Serve with party crackers, etc.
