Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. chopped nuts
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Grease and flour three 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Cream sugar and oil together with electric mixer.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add pumpkin, water and nuts.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients and mix into liquid ingredients only until moistened.
Add raisins. Spoon into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
