Scandia Sardine Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) can King Oscar or Spirit of Norway sardines in oil, drained
    1/2 c. (about 2 oz.) shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 oz. chopped pimentos
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, mash sardines lightly with a fork.
    Mix remaining ingredients in thoroughly.
    Serve with crackers or snack bread.
    Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
    Makes 2 servings.
