Crispy Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    freshly ground pepper
    2 egg whites or egg substitute
    1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Wash and dry fillets.
    Cut into serving pieces.
    Season.
    Dip in egg whites and coat with corn flake crumbs.
    Arrange in a single layer in a lightly sprayed shallow baking dish.
    Bake for 10 minutes without turning.
    Makes 4 servings.
