Toad In The Hole(Irish Breakfast; Sausage In Batter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small link pork sausage
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Fry sausage until lightly brown and all the fat has been rendered.
    Place sausage in a 9-inch baking dish (glass dish). Place milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and melted butter into blender.
    Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
    Pour batter over sausage and bake, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Batter will become puffed, golden brown and crisp. Serves 4.
