Quick Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. liverwurst
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. grated onion
dash of salt and pepper
1/4 c. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mash liverwurst with fork.
Blend in the remaining ingredients.
Press pate into small bowl or 10-ounce custard cups. Chill several hours until firm.
Unmold pate onto a serving dish and spread with cream cheese mixture.
