Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Do this by hand with large spoon.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle a tablespoon of sifted flour over top.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
