Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 large red onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
Preparation

Mix the cornbread by directions.
Cool, then crumble.
If you make your own cornbread, fix a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with a thick pone.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar, if not using mix.
