Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together and pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
