Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Stir in vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Stir well.
    Cool.
    Add well drained spinach.
    Fold in celery, onion and cottage cheese.
    Pour into square pan.
    Chill.
    Double the recipe for a 13 x 9-inch pan.
