Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. rice
    2 cans cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery)
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Mix with cooked vegetables and partially cook. Add rice and 2 cans cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery).
    Mix all together and bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
