Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1 c. drained kidney beans
1 large chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. drained black olives
2 large chopped tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. nacho corn chips
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Add season mix and water.
Simmer, then cool.
Mix kidney beans, onion, cheese, olives and tomatoes.
Add ground beef mixture and toss.
Refrigerate until serving time. Before serving, add chopped up lettuce and package of Ranch dressing, made as directed on package.
Place chips on plate. Add mixture and serve.
