Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 squash
    1 chopped onion
    salt to taste
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a small amount of salted water; drain and mash.
    Mix with egg, butter, cheese and 1/2 cracker crumbs. Place in a casserole dish.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
