Cream Of Broccoli And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head chopped broccoli
    5 to 6 peeled and cut up potatoes
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk, more if desired
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender.
    Drain off all but 1 cup of broth.
    Mash vegetables slightly.
    Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
