O.T. Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped black olives (1 small can)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    party rye bread
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, egg yolk, mustard, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    In a medium bowl, mix together the olives, onion and cheese.
    Pour sauce on top; mix until blended.
    (Mixture can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. Just stir before spreading.)
    Put squares of rye bread on a cookie sheet and run under the broiler of your oven until lightly toasted.
    Remove from oven; turn them over.
    Spread vegetable-cheese mixture on top of bread to the edge so bread won't burn.
    Return to broiler (about 3 minutes) until cheese is somewhat melted and bubbly.
    Serve.
