Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and shredded into bite-size chunks
1 c. cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/3 tiers Ritz crackers, crushed
1/3 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream and broth in small bowl; set aside.
Toss crackers into melted butter.
Layer into 8 x 11-inch casserole dish, beginning with 1/2 the crackers, then breast chunks, then creamy mixture with crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
