Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring to boil the oleo, water and cocoa.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, white sugar and salt.
Add to flour the eggs beaten with buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla.
Pour hot mixture in with flour and egg mixture.
Mix well.
Pour on ungreased sheet pan, 11 x 17-inches with 1-inch sides.
Batter will be hot.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
