Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 can deviled ham
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.
    Drain fat.
    Add the pepper, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add bouillon cubes, wine and bread crumbs.
    Turn to low heat and add sour cream. Simmer until ready to stuff washed and stemmed mushroom buttons. Stuff and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
