Mashed Peas And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes
    1 small pkg. frozen peas, cooked
    1 onion, cooked with potatoes and diced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. butter
    salt, pepper, garlic and other spices to your liking
Preparation
    Scrub the potatoes and slice (leave skins on).
    Add onion slices, salt, pepper and part of stick of butter.
    Place it
    all on a double thickness of aluminum foil (large piece) and fold over; seal tightly.
    Place on grill. Turn over after 8 to 10 minutes for another 8 to 10 minutes.
