Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. onions, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. crushed Ritz round crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except butter, almonds and crackers. Place in 2 1/2-quart greased casserole. Mix butter, almonds and crackers and place evenly over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove foil on top the last 10 minutes.
