Pecan Nut Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. grated cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. sage
2 c. mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except soup.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
Brown on both sides.
Place in casserole, cover with mushroom sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
(May serve plain without sauce or baking.)
