Nitey-Nite Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, room temperature
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (mini or regular size)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Gradually add sugar while beating, until mixture can hold stiff peaks.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a prepared baking sheet.
    Place into oven and quickly close the door.
    Turn the oven off.
    Let cookies remain at least 5 hours, undisturbed.
    Makes about 25 to 30 cookies.
