Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or deer
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    3 tsp. crushed black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours stirring occasionally.
    Makes 2 (12-inch) rolls and wrap in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch holes in bottom of foil rolls and place directly on the oven rack.
    Use an oblong cake pan to catch the drips.
