Mandarin Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/4 c. sugar
2 tubes Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (6 oz.) can thawed frozen orange juice
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

Melt the oleo.
Add the sugar.
Pour over the crackers.
Mix and press in big Pyrex pan.
Mix Cool Whip, milk, orange juice, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple and marshmallows all together. Spread over the cracker crust.
Refrigerate.
