Hashed Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, peeled and grated
    1 1/4 cubes butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter to dot top
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    crushed corn flakes
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Rinse and drain potatoes.
    Heat soup in pan with butter.
    Stir in sour cream and pour over potatoes.
    Mix in cheese and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
    Dot top with butter and crushed corn flakes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
