Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. roll sausage
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and cook until brown.
    Remove sausage and add butter and onions to drippings and cook for 5 minutes.
    Cover bottom of pie crust with sausage, onions and 1/4 cup of cheese.
