Cheesy Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 ??? butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 c. cooked, cubed ham
6 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
Preparation
-
Saute onion in butter in large saucepan until tender.
Add flour and seasonings.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add ham and potatoes.
