Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
5 unbeaten egg yolks
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
grated rind of 1 orange (2 tsp.)
Preparation

Measure the first 4 ingredients together into mixing bowl. Make a well and add remaining ingredients in order.
Beat until smooth with electric mixer.
