Bittersweet Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 sq. chocolate, shaved fine
1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Preparation

Boil just 3 minutes.
Beat until stiff enough to spread, not too long.
