Tomato-Herb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomato juice (85~ to 100~)
    1/4 c. honey
    4 c. flour (whole wheat, white or 2 c. each)
    1/4 c. oil (olive oil is good with tomato, but vegetable oil is fine)
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. basil
    2 c. or more additional flour (for kneading dough)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Measure the tomato juice and pour into large bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast over juice and stir to dissolve.
    Add honey.
    Beat in one egg.
    Add the first 4 cups of flour, one cup at a time, stirring briskly after each addition.
    After adding flour, beat the mixture 100 strokes, until very smooth.
    Cover bowl and let dough rest 45 minutes in warm place.
