Baked Bananas And Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small firm bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel bananas.
Place in single layer in baking dish just large enough to hold.
Combine pineapple with juice, honey, lemon juice and cornstarch in a bowl.
Pour over bananas.
Dot with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or just until bananas are soft.
