Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, diced
1/2 c. diced onion
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
1/2 c. grating cheese (Parmesan)
1 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Grease pie pan.
Mix ingredients well. Pour into pie pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
