Mex-Tex Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped or small can, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Set aside. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Set aside. Layer as follows:
    bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture and sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with Cheddar cheese.
    Makes 24 servings.
