Cinnamon Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    cinnamon, sprinkled over
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl.
    Cut shortening into mixture with pastry blender until mixture looks like rice grains.
    Add milk and stir with fork.
    Put dough on board and knead 6 to 8 times.
    Roll dough 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread melted butter over dough.
    Put sugar and cinnamon on top of butter.
    Roll up in a long roll and cut into 12 pieces. Place in muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
