Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Spam (12 oz.)
    1 can sweet potatoes, drained (18 oz.)
    1 can fruit cocktail (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Arrange sweet potatoes in shallow baking dish.
    Make 5 cuts 2/3 through loaf on Spam.
    Place in baking dish.
    Drain fruit; save juice.
    Combine cornstarch and brown sugar.
    Stir into juice and add margarine.
    Heat to boiling.
    Stir in fruit and simmer 5 minutes.
    Spoon over split loaf and sweet potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
