Fruit Salad In A Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 10) can pineapple chunks
    3 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches
    2 (16 oz.) cans fruit cocktail
    3 lb. apples, cut bite size
    2 lb. grapes (green and/or red)
    3 bananas, added just before serving
    6 to 8 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Drain all fruits and mix in large bowl.
    Cook mixed fruit juices with 2 to 3 tablespoons cornstarch in microwave until thickened and clear.
    Cool.
    Stir into fruit.
    Fold in bananas. Yields 6 to 8 quarts (fills punch bowl).
    Serves 100 depending on how many other salads are served.
