Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts or raisins
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar until creamy; add eggs and vanilla.
    Fold in zucchini and dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; grease and flour pans.
    Makes 2 regular loaves.
