Shrimp Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 small shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg white
1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
24 slices party rye bread
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Fold in mayonnaise, cheese, salt and paprika.
Spread on bread and top with shrimp.
(Or shrimp can be mixed in with other ingredients.)
Place on cookie sheet and broil until light brown.
Serve immediately.
