1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. nuts
raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation

Blend the butter, oil, sugars, vanilla and egg.
Sift and stir in the flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake on ungreased sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
